In accordance with ETI Tri Bike's terms and conditions when making your booking, we reserve the right to cancel any race within 10 days of race date, if we do not receive adequate numbers for that race taking place.

In the improbable event that we do need to cancel a race, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund back to you within the standard bank transfer time of 3-5 working days.

ETI Tri Bike take significant care to guarantee that all races we operate for bookings are arranged and promoted with the expectation of sufficient demand, However, We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you and we do appreciate your understanding and acceptance of this.

Collection and delivery of your bike before and after the race is normally 7 - 10 days, however, this can take up to 14 days.
